Axis Ecorp to invest Rs 100 crore in developing holiday home project near upcoming Goa airport

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently inaugurated the Aviation skillz development centre (ASDC) at Mopa Airport, which will increase the demand for real estate projects.
Demand will certainly increase as our project is just 13-km from the upcoming airport. Construction on the first phase is on and we will soon announce the second phase for which we have already acquired the land,” said Aditya Kushwaha, CEO & Director, Axis Ecorp.
Company’s three projects — Axis Blues, Axis Yog Villas and Axis Lake City are Loacated at Dodamarg, Shindhudurg and it has sold inventory worth Rs 213 crore sales in the last one year.
“We will have 120 hotel apartments, villas and built to suit villas in the project. The holiday home segment is booming post covid and we are expanding along with the demand,” said Kushwaha.
The company intends to operate these luxury smart service villa and expand to more cities which attracts tourists.
Company is also coming up with concepts of kids centric hotel and Yog Villas. Comprising over 69 units with a built-up area of 1400 sqft for each unit and the project is expected to be completed by 2023. Located in Dodamarg, these villas are 35 kilometers away from Panjim city center.
