Axis Ecorp, 100 crore investment to develop holiday home and villas near projected Goa airport.

Real Estate Company Axis Ecorp announced a 100 crore investment to develop luxurious holiday homes and estates in Shindhudurg, about 25-acre lands situated around the Goa-Maharashtra border.
Aviation skills development center (ASDC), inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi at the latest Mopa Airport, is helping to maximize the real estate project demands in the coming days. CEO and Director of Axis Ecorp Aditya Kushwaha stated that we started construction for the initial stage shortly we will notify for the second phase. Land requisition has been executed already. He told, "Our project is nearly 13 km far from the coming airport, which will increase the demand defiantly".
Mr. Kushwaha added more points about this project; they plan to will have 120 hotels flats, villas, and suit villas also be built. The Holidays home business is on boom after corona, and we are developing along with the order.
The corporation has the future intention to expand these luxurious services in other cities for increasing tourist attraction about holiday homes& staycations in remote quaint areas away from pollution of urban cities.
The company is also planning for a child-focused hotel and Yoga Villa. It includes of 69unit and per unit have, 1400 sqft developed area, and the task is expected to be finished by 2023. These hotels are 35Km far from Panjim city center and situated in Dodamarg.
